I was contracted by parent company Your6 to refine their proprietary recruitment platform, talent assessments and veteran support tools into a comprehensive SaaS platform that would revolutionize the workforce.
In this 10-week product design project I oversaw site architecture and created clickable prototypes for 5 role-based portals: Job Candidates were guided through taking skills assessments, translating military experience into public sector language and building a standout profile, Hiring Managers were able to create job postings that match candidates based on their skill assessments and team fit ,and Admins & SysOps Managers were given easy-to-use tools for developing their internal and proprietary skills matching system.
